Border terriers are small, tough and tenacious dog. The boundaries are extremely fit and a bit quieter than most terrier breeds of dog. Borders have an otter-like head with a short snout and wide skull. Border terriers have a hard, wiry outer coat with a thick dense undercoat. The border colors are red, gray and brown or blue and brown.
