Dog breeds were developed to improve certain characteristics that would be useful for some activities. What determines that certain dog belongs to a certain race, dogs do not recognize themselves as belonging to different races, as in the case of dog breeds that have arisen naturally. Since their domestication, dogs have been used by humans in different services over years.
