Many people think that cats are cold and are not oblivious to their owners. In fact, cats are as loving as dogs. Cats mainly communicate through body language. Do you know what your cat is trying to tell you with her tail, ears, or body position? You can learn a lot about your cat’s state of mind if you know what to look for. Cats show anger with arched backs , flattened ears, dilated pupils and fluffed-up tails. A swishing tail can be a sign of impending attack. A cat who is trying to stare you down is issuing a challenge. Cats don’t like for you to stare at them.
